My husband and I stayed at the Broadlands Hotel to celebrate our birthdays, and it could not have been more perfect! The owner is absolutely lovely and incredibly accommodating.The location is brilliant—a peaceful retreat that is only a couple of minutes' walk from the beautiful village center. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. A massive highlight was the delicious Full English Breakfast cooked to perfection.To top off the wonderful hospitality, the owner kindly let us leave our car in their private car park after we checked out. This saved us from hassle and parking fees on the main street, allowing us to enjoy our final afternoon stress-free. We had a brilliant birthday trip and will definitely be back!- Myra
We were "upgraded" to a two bedroom cottage when the property double booked. Nice and roomy but we got the impression the cottage,in the circumstances, was not treated like a hotel room. No milk for tea and coffees,no shampoo ( just shower gel and conditioner). Out of date biscuits.WiFi, although free, is very intermittent and affected tv viewing. We also found the staircase a little daunting without a banister. We have arthritic knees!Clean beds and towels.Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location very near town centre.- Lesley P
